RHI Roofing did our roof back in 2019, recently (Sept 2024) we had a small leak they came and inspected the roof and on initial evaluation they said it was due organic debris piled up on the roof due lack of maintenance and cleaning. After I cleaned the roof, I requested a second inspection and they repaired it under warranty. Companies typically are very good at selling you the new roof but afterwards avoid honoring a warranty. Not RHI! Thank you keep up the good work! Highly recommended!

This TEAM gives a whole new meaning to the word professional. Communication, quality of work, speed and their ability to make deadlines is what sets Mike & RHI roofing team apart from every other contractor out there. I’m lucky to have had the pleasure of working with them for a short while.

They put a new roof on a Church where I work and attend. They put on fibetight membrane, a very durable membrane. They are professional and always available for questions or concerns. They made sure there were no leaks or issues before they finished.

I called RHI in the morning, and Mike did the inspection in the afternoon on the same day. He was able to trace the leak from inside my house with an infrared gun of sorts scan of my ceiling, then he went up into my attic made and inspection and took pictures which he then showed me with explanation of my roof leak and the extent of repairs. Mike then confirmed his assessment of my roof leak with a drone. I received a quote the next day which was reasonable for a licensed and insured contractor. The repair which included the replacement of tile removal for two sheets of plywood ( I’d had the leak for over 1-1/2 years) and putting back the tiles, and also two new roof vents took just one day. I also got two excellent recommendations for RHI Roofing before calling them. I too definitely recommend RHI roofing. It’s rained a few days since the repairs, and all is dry in my house.

In 2016, RHI installed a beautiful tile roof on my 1982 home and gave it a 10-year warranty. The team was very professional and efficient. Even my neighbors commented on how quickly the work was done and what a great job RHI did. In 2023, I had a leak resulting in a partial collapse of my patio ceiling. The leak was from my 1982 chimney, but roof plywood and tile had to be replaced. RHI handled the chimney repairs and tile replacement in record time. The craftmanship is perfect – you cannot tell which tiles have been replaced. The RHI team and CEO provided top quality service!

I had a leak in my ceiling through the A/C vent when there were hard rains. A roofer was in my neighborhood working on my neighbors house so I asked them to take a look. They took a look and said there was no leak in the roof. I did not trust this and asked my friend Chis Parker, of Gulfeagle Supply, who has been in the roofing industry for many years for a dependable roofing company to take a second look. He recommended me to RHI Roofing and I am very grateful that he did. Chris from RHI came out to take a look and immediately identified the leak. 2 weeks later the repair was done on my roof at a very fair price. There has been a mini tropical storm since with no water leaking from my ceiling. It is very difficult to find reliable and good companies here in South Florida and I can say with confidence you should call immediately RHI for any issues you might have with your roof and it will be taken care of promptly and professionally!

One of the biggest issues for a homeowner, is finding quality companies when it comes to taking care of your home. I had my roof completed by RHI in 2018, and had to contact them recently for an inspection for insurance purposes. I reviewed my warranty, and expected to encounter issues when I contacted them. I did not.Once I contacted the office, Mike responded to me in a timely manner, and made sure to send someone out the next day. They dispelled any concerns I had regarding the roof, provided a detailed report and offered further assistance if needed.It speaks volumes of a company that will provide a quality product, abide by their warranty, and most of all provide great customer service.Thank you RHI team, I hope to be a lifelong customer. I am indeed pleased with the new roof installed on my property. The project manager as well as the workers were extremely professional and accessible. My phone calls were always answered and/or returned in a timely manner.

RHI was very professional and corrected all minor items quickly. Job came out great would recommend them.

We hired RHI for a tear off and new shingle roof installation. We could not have had a better experience or been more pleased with the quality of the work. David Panella, Production Manager, was our contact. He is very knowledgeable, detailed, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He explained the roofing options and process to us and made everything from the proposal, contract, permit and scheduling through completion of the job and payment absolutely seamless. He and his work crews set schedules and stuck to them. If anything needed to change, we were informed in advance. David communicated with us consistently and timely throughout. The crews that did the tear off, shingle installation and punch list items were skilled, comprehensive in the scope their jobs and easy to work with. I have already and will continue to recommend RHI and David to friends and neighbors with roofing needs.

I am a 3-time client, and likely forever client. I have a beautiful roof over my boat done by RHI (quickly and done correctly). I had A/C stand penetrations opened up and dried in on my commercial property, and at the same property had a roof leak fixed as feeder bands from hurricane Ian were coming in. I found RHI Construction through referrals I trust and was very happy with everything they did to repair my roof. I couldn’t believe that when Noah evaluated my roof, he assured me that the roof did not be replaced…only repaired. RHI was out within a few days, skillfully repaired the roof over 2 days and left my residence in better condition than when they came. RHI recently replaced my roof and I could not be more satisfied with the results. It’s been about 2 weeks since the project was completed and I’ve had multiple neighbors comment on how nice the roof looks. Dax Demena was our project manager and was great to work with. My calls and texts were answered promptly. The crews were on time and at the end of each work day left my yard clean and free of debris.I would recommend to friends and family, if you’re in need of any roofing related repairs it would be in your best interest to give RHI a call.

I used RHI Roofing for a repair earlier this year even though I had another quote for less. Chris Martz was the project manager and explained what needed to be done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The workmen were on time and cleaned up well and even gave me a few recommendations. Recently I had a building inspection that was questionable regarding the roof. I contacted Chris and he emailed me with a more detailed explanation. I forwarded it to the inspection company who corrected and passed my roof. He is a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

In today’s market when everything is on back order, he was able to give me updates as he was getting them and it was always as he said.
